Christmas at this hotel was great! the decorations and the festive mood were fantastic. the staff was kind and attentive, and the room was clean. they had a good selection of breakfast items and the coffee was delicious.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and offered no support. the walls were thin, and we could hear the noise from the next room.

The room was clean and came with big towels. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with organic and tasty food. Fresh fruits like watermelon and strawberries were available both mornings and the cherry tomatoes were a pleasant surprise. The wi-fi in my room was fast, too. The location of the hotel was central, making it convenient to get around the city. I also enjoyed the advantage of having a bigger room compared to what I've heard from others staying in Istanbul.
The room was on the smaller side and felt a bit cramped. The noise from outside was a bit too loud at times, making it difficult to sleep at night.
